Welcome to TrueSwap Market, a Web3 platform offering a global peer-to-peer exchange, marketplace, donation system and more. Our modules include Exchange, Marketplace, Social, Services, Locations, Dashboard and Donations. By accessing or using TrueSwap, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (TOU).

Acceptance of T&Cs

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these conditions in their entirety. You also confirm that you are of legal age to enter into such an agreement in your jurisdiction.

Service description

Platform access

Access to the platform requires an internet connection, a compatible device and acceptance of these T&Cs. Certain functionalities may require a connected wallet, acceptance of cookies or payment.

User accounts

Account creation can be done via email or by connecting a wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. TrueSwap reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms.

Wallets and Cryptocurrencies

TrueSwap does not store your cryptocurrencies, private keys or recovery phrases. All transactions are carried out directly from your personal wallet, and you are solely responsible for its security.

Payments & Transactions

Crypto payments are irreversible; it is your responsibility to verify all transaction details. Credit card payments are processed via a secure external provider; TrueSwap does not store your credit card information. Users are responsible for any applicable gas charges.

Personal data

TrueSwap will never sell your personal data. We only collect information essential to the operation of the service, do not store sensitive data and apply a strict confidentiality policy.

User content

You are responsible for any content you publish (ads, messages, posts). It is forbidden to publish illegal, hateful, fraudulent, dangerous or inappropriate content.

Bans

Users must not engage in fraud, identity theft, illegal use of the platform, system attacks or database manipulation.

Limitation of liability

TrueSwap cannot be held responsible for the loss of funds from a user wallet, blockchain-related problems or fraud committed by third parties.

Service availability

TrueSwap endeavours to ensure optimal operation but does not guarantee permanent, bug-free or uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

Modification of the GCU

TrueSwap may modify these conditions at any time. Users will be informed via notifications on the platform, by email or on the Updates page.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by the jurisdiction of the founder until the official registration of the company. We encourage amicable solutions to all disputes.
